Cette \u00e9tape importante stipule que d'ici 2030, tous les nouveaux b\u00e2timents devront \u00eatre \u00e0 z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission, et d'ici 2050, cet objectif sera \u00e9tendu \u00e0 tous les b\u00e2timents existants.<\/p>\n<p>L'un des secteurs les plus susceptibles de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de cette directive est celui de l'\u00e9nergie solaire, car l'Europe s'appr\u00eate \u00e0 remplir ses toits de panneaux solaires dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir. La Commission europ\u00e9enne a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 cette mesure dans le cadre de sa strat\u00e9gie sur les toits solaires, dans le but de lutter contre la crise \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9sormais, tous les nouveaux b\u00e2timents publics et commerciaux devront \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9s de panneaux solaires d'ici \u00e0 2026. En outre, ils seront obligatoires sur les nouveaux b\u00e2timents r\u00e9sidentiels \u00e0 partir de 2029, sur les b\u00e2timents non r\u00e9sidentiels faisant l'objet de r\u00e9novations importantes d'ici 2027, et sur les b\u00e2timents publics existants progressivement jusqu'en 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Cela signifie que l'autoconsommation d'\u00e9nergie solaire augmentera dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette directive. Mais la mise en \u0153uvre de cette mesure ne profite pas seulement \u00e0 l'industrie solaire, elle renforce \u00e9galement l'int\u00e9gration des installations photovolta\u00efques dans les processus de construction des b\u00e2timents. Par exemple, dans un avenir proche, la construction de toits sera toujours accompagn\u00e9e de l'installation de panneaux solaires, ce qui permettra de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts et d'utiliser au mieux la main-d'\u0153uvre existante.<\/p>\n<p>Jan Osenberg, conseiller politique chez SolarPower Europe, estime que cette mesure constitue une \u00e9tape importante vers un avenir o\u00f9 l'installation de panneaux solaires sur les toits sera aussi courante que l'installation d'une machine \u00e0 laver. Il souligne \u00e9galement l'importance d'une mise en \u0153uvre efficace de la directive dans les pratiques et les exigences de construction, ainsi que l'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des solutions de financement priv\u00e9 pour soutenir des solutions innovantes telles que l'\u00e9nergie solaire sur les fa\u00e7ades des b\u00e2timents.<\/p>\n<p>En bref, l'Europe se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 installer des panneaux solaires sur la plupart de ses b\u00e2timents dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.
